Job Summary
Providing high-level subject matter expertise, the full-time Senior Policy Analyst will analyze complex policies, develop recommendations, and collaborate with design and engineering teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret policy, synthesizing insights for clients and stakeholders
- Develop strategies and provide guidance to management and government clients on policy integration
- Build relationships across teams to enhance collaboration and project delivery
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience
- College degree in political science, communications, or a related field
- Personal experience with government health and human services programs
- Working knowledge of Medicare, the ACA, and Medicaid and CHIP
- Experience working with state or federal government health agencies
