Senior Policy Associate

Job Summary

To support the Policy Practice, the full-time Senior Policy Associate will manage cross-functional projects, analyze healthcare policy proposals, and develop strategic recommendations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior staff with account stewardship and management of complex client projects
• Coordinate with subject matter experts and client teams to ensure efficient project delivery
• Support the development of strategic and tactical recommendations for clients based on policy analysis

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in healthcare-related organizations or consulting
• A graduate degree in public policy, health sciences, or a related field, or a combination of a bachelor's degree and relevant experience
• Proficient understanding of healthcare policy and legislative impacts
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative public health research methods
• Strong proficiency in Excel and ability to synthesize research into compelling presentations
