Senior Policy Forms Specialist

Job Summary

Overseeing the design and development of enterprise forms, the full-time Senior Policy Forms Specialist will ensure compliance with state insurance requirements while supporting auto and specialty business needs in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Review and interpret statutes and case law to introduce policy forms for state expansion and product enhancements
• Develop and prepare forms filings by collaborating with enterprise stakeholders
• Communicate policy contract and underwriting intent to key stakeholders, including providing expert testimony in legal cases as needed

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience maintaining, updating, and creating property and casualty forms and contracts
• 2+ years of experience communicating policy contract and underwriting intent for products
• 2+ years of ability to work independently and cross-functionally within a small unit and across the organization
• 2+ years of experience researching and interpreting statutes, case law, and regulations
