Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a robust internal audit program and conduct regular audits
Collaborate with Compliance to manage regulatory changes and communicate effectively with impacted teams
Coach and mentor associates, identify training needs, and represent the department on relevant projects

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
1-3 years of Retirement Plans experience required
Experience with Omni or Relius preferred
Ability to work independently
Ability to multi-task
