Senior Policy Specialist, responsible for developing and enforcing policies related to music, podcasts, and AI features in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and enforce policies across various content types and AI features
• Research and implement scalable content and generative AI policies
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance policy clarity and user protection

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in policy development or trust & safety
• Knowledge of online safety topics, including generative AI and user protection
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and structure complex problems
• Experience managing multiple projects across time zones
• Strong critical thinking skills for translating insights into improvements
