Senior Policy Writer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Policy Writer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and analysis in the review and development of policies and procedures for federal clients
• Examine the efficacy of existing policies and propose recommendations for improvement
• Develop systems security contingency plans and disaster recovery procedures while collaborating with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a government-issued public trust clearance
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field preferred, along with 7-10 years of experience
• Experience with FISMA and NIST policies and procedures
• Background in policy and/or technical writing for cybersecurity programs
• Familiarity with Tenable Nessus, ACAS, HBSS, or related systems
