A company is looking for a Sr. Population Health Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and executes test scripts, configures applications, and documents workflows to support system impacts
• Conducts root cause analysis of clinical data issues and creates reports and dashboards from various data sources
• Leads training for new Population Health Business Analysts and creates training materials for application use

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience in population health management or healthcare analytics
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Knowledge of clinical integration and healthcare applications
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
