Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Population Health Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and executes test scripts, configures applications, and documents workflows to support system and reporting needs
• Conducts root cause analysis of clinical data issues and creates reports and dashboards based on various data sources
• Leads training for new Population Health Business Analysts and provides technical assistance to Care Management and Provider Operations Teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in population health management or healthcare analytics
• Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards from data sources
• Knowledge of clinical data systems and workflows
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
