Key Responsibilities

• Develops and designs complex population health strategy initiatives and operational plans
• Monitors care management trends and analytics to support program initiatives and identify high-risk member populations
• Tracks program participation and member outcomes to assess efficacy and recommend improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 4 - 6 years of related experience
• Equivalent experience may be considered based on applicable knowledge and skills
• Must reside in Kentucky or Ohio
