Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Population Health Strategy Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and designs complex population health strategy initiatives and programs to enhance care coordination and health outcomes
• Monitors and researches care management trends and analytics to support program initiatives and identify high-risk member populations
• Tracks and monitors program participation and member outcomes to assess the efficacy of programs and make recommendations for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 4 - 6 years of related experience
• Equivalent experience may substitute for education
• Must reside in Nevada or Arizona
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
