Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Portfolio Administration Coordinator responsible for lease administration and financial obligations management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and maintain lease information and documents, ensuring proper management measures are followed
  • Conduct audits and resolve discrepancies related to financial obligations, including client invoices and reconciliations
  • Assist in training new associates and support special projects as requested by clients or leadership
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred in business, finance, real estate, or accounting
  • 2+ years of experience in auditing or a related field
  • Expertise in cost analysis and financial document review
  • Ability to interpret complex real estate lease terminology
