Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Portfolio Administration Coordinator responsible for lease administration and financial obligations management.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and maintain lease information and documents, ensuring proper management measures are followed
- Conduct audits and resolve discrepancies related to financial obligations, including client invoices and reconciliations
- Assist in training new associates and support special projects as requested by clients or leadership
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred in business, finance, real estate, or accounting
- 2+ years of experience in auditing or a related field
- Expertise in cost analysis and financial document review
- Ability to interpret complex real estate lease terminology
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
