Senior Portfolio Manager

Job Summary

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Director, the full-time remote Senior Portfolio Manager will manage the product marketing needs for the North American Building Care platform, focusing on portfolio optimization, product development, and supporting sales efforts across various market segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strong value propositions and marketing strategies for Building Care and Floor Care portfolios while identifying growth opportunities
• Oversee product portfolio performance and lifecycle management, analyzing metrics and market trends to drive growth and profitability
• Lead innovative product launches by capturing customer insights and translating them into actionable business cases for the innovation funnel

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, including website development and analytics
• Strong communication, presentation, financial acumen, and project management skills
• Understanding of the EPA registration process for sanitizers
• Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced environment
