Senior Portfolio Manager

Job Summary

To support the continued growth of the Food Safety business, the full-time Senior Portfolio Manager will lead and integrate multiple product portfolios, shape strategic priorities, and drive disciplined execution while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment with Food Safety growth objectives and clear investment priorities
• Identify synergies and gaps across portfolios, developing business cases for acceleration, rationalization, or reinvestment
• Oversee aggregate portfolio performance, including P&L outcomes, pricing discipline, and risk management

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in portfolio management, product management, or commercial strategy within food safety or a related technical environment
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L ownership and revenue forecasting
• Demonstrated ability to lead portfolio planning and governance processes across multiple product lines
• Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders in a global or matrixed organization
• Experience coaching or leading product management professionals focused on performance and continuous improvement
