Senior Portfolio Manager - Energy

Job Summary

Senior Portfolio Manager - Energy, a full-time hybrid or remote role, is responsible for managing construction fundings and operating projects within the Project Finance portfolio, executing deal modifications, and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly diligence and draws on construction loans, and manage deal modification requests
• Act as Administrative Agent, coordinating communication among Borrowers, Lenders, and legal counsel
• Monitor portfolio performance, ensuring compliance with covenants and preparing for reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience in Credit Analysis and Credit Underwriting, or High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of experience
• Preferred education in Business, Finance, or Economics
• 5 years of experience in Project Finance or Energy Finance within banking or investment sectors
• Completion of a formal credit training program is preferred
• Experience in financial modeling and negotiating deal legal documentation
