Senior Post-Close Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Post Close Operations Specialist responsible for managing post-close activities related to loan funding, investor delivery, and loan sale.

Key Responsibilities

• Own investor findings & remediation by identifying and resolving post-close defects
• Manage loan sale & investor delivery by preparing and delivering loan packages to investors
• Coordinate funding readiness by validating prior-to-funding conditions and reconciling details

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in mortgage operations, post-close, capital markets, or a similar role
• Experience with loan sales, warehouse lending, or investor delivery
• Strong understanding of the loan life cycle from closing to sale and investor requirements
• Proven ability to manage multiple loans and troubleshoot complex operational issues
• Undergraduate degree or extended relevant work experience
