Job Summary

Leading a dynamic team remotely, the full-time Senior Post Production Manager will hire, develop, and oversee Editors and post specialists, ensuring high-quality editing and delivery of paid social and native ads while optimizing post-production workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, lead, and develop a team of Editors and post specialists, building a bench of freelancers for peak periods
• Own the quality of all ads produced, providing clear feedback to enhance the editing process
• Manage the media pipeline, ensuring efficient ingestion, color correction, and organization of footage for editors

Required qualifications

• Strong portfolio showcasing short-form video editing for paid social or performance content
• 2 to 3+ years of experience managing editors, including hiring and team development
• Proficient in professional editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve) with a strong editing craft
• Solid understanding of post-production workflows and media systems
• Familiarity with AI editing tools and their application in the editing process
