Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Post-Sales Operations Manager to drive business expansion and support Post-Sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, create, and implement new business processes for operational excellence in Account Management & Customer Experience
- Lead cross-functional strategic projects that impact Net Dollar Retention and contribute to business strategy
- Manage the CX & AM tech stack, influencing roadmap decisions and improving end-user workflows
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in operational excellence, preferably in technology/SaaS
- Experience in Customer or Revenue operations, or related Strategy & Operations roles
- Ability to conduct sophisticated data analysis and translate results into actionable insights
- Strong proficiency with Excel, Google Apps, Salesforce, and other relevant tools
- Solid understanding of SaaS customer acquisition and growth
