Job Summary
To support the growth of the Relational Database Service (RDS) for PostgreSQL, the full-time Senior PostgreSQL Engineer will engage in feature design, implementation, and customer escalation while collaborating closely with developers and product managers in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with customers to understand challenges and resolve issues during critical escalations
- Drive feature enhancements and improve the performance of the managed database service
- Interact with the open-source community and contribute to forums, conferences, and code submissions
Required qualifications
- Experience in software development or PostgreSQL
- 7+ years of data engineering experience preferred
