Senior Power Architect

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Power Architect for a full-time position focused on SoC power and thermal management software, this role will manage the architecture and implementation of power control software, drive program execution for power and thermal goals, and lead multi-functional partnerships with engineering and OEM teams, with the option to work remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Architect and implement SoC power and thermal control software modules while leading root cause analysis of complex issues
• Own end-to-end software work addressing power usage and thermal control for a Client SoC product line, maintaining program-level tracking
• Serve as the primary technical interface to SoC partners, driving joint architecture decisions and collaborating with ecosystem partners

Required qualifications:

• 12+ years of industry experience in system software, with 5+ years focused on SoC or platform power management software
• Deep expertise in SoC/GPU/CPU power management techniques and technologies
• Proven track record of delivering Power/Thermal software goals on real products from architecture through optimization
• Strong multi-functional leadership skills with the ability to align various engineering teams and partners
• B.S. or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
