Senior Power BI Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Power BI Analyst will assist the revenue cycle management team by developing Power BI reports and dashboards, transforming raw data into actionable insights, and supporting day-to-day operations through data analysis and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business stakeholders' needs
• Collaborate with project leaders to understand business processes and monitor financial performance
• Compile comprehensive client-facing reports and perform ad-hoc analyses to support operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, or a relevant field
• 1-3 years of experience in a revenue cycle analytics position within the healthcare industry
• Proficiency in Power BI development, including report and dashboard creation
• Strong understanding of data modeling, visualization concepts, and SQL for data manipulation
• Experience with Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) for creating calculations
