Senior Power BI Data Modeler

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Power BI Data Modeler to support the development and optimization of a scalable semantic data model for service-based revenue reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, enhance, and maintain complex Power BI semantic models including datasets and tabular model
• Translate business requirements into scalable, high-performing data models supporting reporting and analytics
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align data structures with service contract and revenue recognition requirements

Required Qualifications

• Expert-level experience with Power BI, specifically semantic modeling and dataset design
• Strong experience building and optimizing complex data models including star schema design and performance tuning
• Advanced proficiency in DAX and Power BI data architecture
• Experience working with large, multi-source datasets in enterprise environments
• Exposure to financial data and reporting, ideally including revenue recognition concepts
