Senior Power BI Developer
Job Summary
Senior Power BI Developer is a contract position focused on leading the migration of dashboards from Tableau to Power BI in a healthcare environment, while providing training and mentorship to the analytics team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the migration of Tableau dashboards to Power BI, ensuring business logic and visual fidelity are maintained
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop healthcare KPIs related to patient outcomes and operational efficiency
- Design and implement security measures for sensitive healthcare datasets and deliver tailored Power BI training programs
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
- Advanced DAX skills, including time intelligence and various functions
- 10+ years of experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Online
- 5+ years of experience working with healthcare data across multiple domains
- Experience building and maintaining healthcare KPI dashboards for clinical or executive audiences
