Job Summary

To support reporting modernization initiatives for federal partners, the full-time Senior Power BI Developer will design and maintain interactive dashboards, lead the migration of legacy reports to Power BI, and ensure data consistency across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations
Lead the migration of existing MicroStrategy reports and dashboards to Power BI
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine reporting requirements

Required Qualifications

Strong experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI
Advanced SQL development and query optimization skills
Experience working with Oracle databases and large enterprise data environments
Experience designing and supporting reporting and business intelligence solutions
Strong experience validating and troubleshooting reporting data
