Senior Power BI Developer

Job Summary

To drive insight across healthcare operations, finance, and analytics, the full-time Senior Power BI Developer will design, develop, and support enterprise Power BI reports and dashboards while managing the Power BI environment, with a focus on both report development and administration in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for healthcare, financial, and operational analytics
• Develop and optimize semantic models, relationships, measures, and complex DAX measures aligned to healthcare KPIs
• Administer the Power BI Service, including configuration, security, and monitoring of report performance

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience developing and supporting Power BI solutions
• Advanced experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service; familiarity with Power BI Embedded and Microsoft Fabric preferred
• Strong SQL and T-SQL development skills, including complex queries and data performance tuning
• Solid understanding of data modeling and data warehousing principles
• Experience with Azure-based data platforms such as Azure SQL or Databricks preferred
