Senior Power Conversion Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Power Conversion Engineer to manage the performance and reliability of power conversion systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the performance and availability of inverter and battery energy storage systems across the fleet
• Drive resolution of major failures and analyze performance metrics to identify risks
• Provide advanced troubleshooting support and collaborate with various teams to improve fleet performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering
• 7+ years of experience with power conversion systems, particularly solar inverters and/or battery energy storage systems
• Strong field experience in troubleshooting inverter and/or battery energy storage systems
• Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
• Utility-scale solar or storage experience is preferred
