Senior Power Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Power Engineer to support advanced thermal power generation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate customer objectives into constructible power plant concepts and support technology selection for thermal generation assets
• Interface with third-party engineering firms to define scopes of work and ensure alignment with project objectives
• Provide technical input on air permitting, emissions control strategies, and evaluate power plant electrical systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of industry experience in power generation or energy infrastructure
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Demonstrated experience with multiple thermal prime movers and knowledge of air emissions regulations
• Experience working with engineering firms and multidisciplinary project teams
