Senior Power System Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Power System Engineer - Renewable & Data Center Integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support large load and generation interconnection studies in ERCOT and other transmission systems
• Develop and validate steady state and dynamic models for large electronic loads and renewable resources
• Participate in EPC HV/MV substation design studies and support microgrid design and control studies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems preferred)
• 8+ years of relevant experience in power systems planning and interconnection
• Strong experience in PSS E dynamic modeling and PSCAD EMT modeling
• Demonstrated experience with large load interconnection studies and ERCOT transmission planning
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required
