Senior Power Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Power Systems Studies Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute complex assignments using advanced electrical engineering techniques
• Manage schedule, budget, and quality for small and major projects
• Perform power system studies, including system protection settings coordination, and compile reports

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Protection and Control Design for substations (69kV - 500kV)
• Familiarity with national technical standards, codes, and guidelines for system protection engineering
• Software experience with SKM Tools, ETAP, ASPEN OneLiner, or Electrocon CAPE
• S. Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; PE license is a plus
• Knowledge of design and programming of substation automation devices is desired
