Seeking a highly experienced Senior Power Trader - PJM, this full-time remote position will manage PJM market entry, strategy development, and PnL generation while establishing foundational frameworks for a systematic trading operation.

Key responsibilities

• Own the development and execution of profitable trading strategies in the PJM market
• Translate market insights into data-driven trading approaches and systematic signals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance model performance and integrate quantitative frameworks

Required qualifications

• Deep understanding of PJM market structure, including Day-Ahead and Real-Time dynamics
• Proven ability to originate and scale profitable trading strategies with PnL ownership
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
• Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis and strategy development
• Experience in risk management and adherence to defined risk limits
