Senior PR Manager

Job Summary

Owning the Public Relations and Communications strategy, the full-time Senior PR Manager will manage a small team, directly engage in writing and pitching, and drive earned media impressions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the PR and Communications strategy, focusing on Share of Voice and earned media impressions
• Write and pitch press materials, maintaining strong relationships with journalists and editors
• Manage and mentor a direct report, fostering their professional growth and development

Required qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of combined experience in PR agency, in-house PR, and/or journalism
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
• Demonstrated record of securing tier-one media coverage that was personally pitched
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a portfolio of published work
• Strong personal media relationships with journalists in relevant fields
