Senior PR Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior PR Manager to lead Public Relations and Communications for a growing brand, this full-time remote position will manage strategy, writing, and media relations while mentoring a small team and collaborating with cross-functional marketing efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Own the PR and Communications strategy, focusing on Share of Voice and earned media impressions
• Write and pitch press materials directly to journalists and maintain strong media relationships
• Manage and mentor direct reports, fostering their professional growth and overseeing their work

Required qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or fast-paced newsrooms
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
• Proven track record of securing tier-one media coverage through personal pitching
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a portfolio of published work
• Experience managing PR agency relationships as the primary client contact
