Job Summary
Driving the growth of Ensono's mainframe application management practice, the full-time Senior Practice Director, Mainframe will lead strategic development, innovate service offerings with AI capabilities, and ensure operational excellence while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic vision for the mainframe application management practice, incorporating AI/ML capabilities
- Drive revenue growth by developing innovative service offerings and partnering with sales teams to create compelling solutions
- Oversee the delivery of mainframe application management services, implementing AI-powered tools for optimization and monitoring
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in mainframe application management with progressive leadership responsibility
- 5+ years of experience in practice development, business development, or service portfolio management
- Strong background managing large-scale mainframe environments (z/OS, z/VM, z/VSE) for enterprise clients
- Experience with AI/ML initiatives on mainframe platforms or in hybrid cloud architectures
- Proven ability to build and lead technical teams through transformation
