Senior Practice Engagement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Practice Engagement Manager specializing in Oracle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Oracle Cloud solutions
• Identify potential clients, understand their business needs, and present tailored Oracle Cloud solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of Oracle Cloud projects and track sales performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required; 14+ years of experience in sales/relationship management may substitute for education
• Experience selling Oracle Cloud solutions including ERP, HCM, SCM, and CX Cloud
• Significant business development and solution selling experience
• Proven track record of building relationships with C-level client contacts
• Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading presentations
