Senior Practice Engagement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Partner for its Engineering Services practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and oversee the opportunity management cycle from prospecting to closing
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets for Engineering Services
• Lead proposal development and ensure client delivery assurance by collaborating with delivery stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent, or 14+ years of relevant experience with strong sales/relationship management background
• Proven experience interacting with C-level client contacts
• Hands-on experience in proposal creation and leading presentations
• Broad experience in IT and business consulting engagements
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without employer-based visa sponsorship
