Job Summary
Driving strategic client engagement, the full-time Senior Practice Engagement Manager will manage client relationships, identify business opportunities, and lead pursuit teams in a remote capacity to enhance client satisfaction and account growth.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams by providing valuable introductions and contextual insights
- Navigate client accounts to uncover various business deal opportunities and develop strategic account plans
- Lead pursuit teams in creating compelling proposals and solutions aligned with client needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent, or 14+ years of experience with strong sales/relationship management
- Significant business development and project management experience
- Prior experience with CMO relationships and knowledge of the marketing domain across industry verticals
- Track record of building relationships with C-level client contacts
- Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
