Senior Practice Informatics Specialist

Job Summary

Serving as the primary contact for assigned practices, the full-time Senior Practice Informatics Specialist will support the implementation and adoption of Altais' business and clinical tools, while leading internal projects and collaborating with the IT team in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the principal contact for practices using Epic, providing system training and support
• Lead efforts to analyze operational needs and current workflows, driving data collection and optimization initiatives
• Support practice engagement and assist with the onboarding and training of internal team members

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 5+ years of experience supporting user adoption of Health Information Technology
• 5+ years of experience in supporting clinical or business operations related to Epic adoption
• Proficiency or Certification in PTK Applications
