Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Practice Innovation Analyst - Immigration.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of generative AI solutions, including design, testing, and integration into workflows
• Coordinate with IT and vendors for secure implementation and compliance of AI tools
• Assist in documenting requirements and support product development throughout the lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in legal innovation, legal technology, or AI/ML implementation roles
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with generative AI tools
• Working knowledge of GenAI platforms and natural language processing (NLP) concepts
• Experience with databases, programming languages, and AI development frameworks
