Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Practice Manager - Identity Governance and Administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Identity Governance and Administration consulting practice and oversee delivery standards
• Mentor team members and ensure methodologies and engagement processes are consistently applied
• Provide technical expertise and support for sales enablement and client interactions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity/technology, specifically in Identity Governance
• Experience in developing and implementing cybersecurity projects
• Proven track record in driving large initiatives from inception to execution
• Strong leadership experience in managing teams and client relationships
