Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Practice Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the regional professional services team to drive customer success and adoption of products
• Engage with customers to define implementation strategies and manage the deployment lifecycle
• Achieve key business metrics and manage internal and customer escalations effectively

Required Qualifications

• Strong professional services leadership experience, preferably in the API/Open Source space
• Experience managing service delivery for a multi-million-dollar portfolio in enterprise IT
• Proven ability to build and develop remote professional services teams
• Exceptional organizational and change management skills
• Strong understanding of professional services business metrics in a SaaS environment
