Senior Practice Manager

Job Summary

Driving transformative cloud data solutions, the full-time remote Senior Practice Manager will lead high-impact projects, engage with C-level executives, and manage the professional services lifecycle to deliver exceptional customer experiences across various key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Spearhead services sales execution and project delivery success for key accounts
• Own the entire professional services lifecycle, from deal strategy and proposal creation to execution and forecasting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope, propose, and sell services to both new and existing clients

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a Sales and Services Delivery role interfacing with executives on complex technical projects
• Direct experience in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, and/or Cloud fields
• Proven track record of meeting booking, utilization, and consumption targets
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in client support and advisory technical roles, such as solution architect or technical account manager
