Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Practice Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop benchmark comparisons and financial models to assess economic impacts on practice operations
• Conduct root cause analysis and identify opportunities to enhance practice and market performance
• Collaborate with practices and market leaders to prioritize same-store growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, finance, STEM, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, strategy, or analytics focused on operational change
• 3+ years of experience using SQL for data querying and cleansing in large relational databases
• Experience in optimizing healthcare organization performance, preferably in Primary Care operations
• Proficiency in financial statement analysis, including P&L and Balance Sheet interpretation
