A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Practice Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop benchmark comparisons and financial models to assess economic impacts on practice operations
• Conduct root cause analysis and identify opportunities to enhance practice and market performance
• Collaborate with practices and market leaders to evaluate growth opportunities and implement process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, finance, STEM, or related field preferred
• 4+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, strategy, or analytics
• 3+ years of experience using SQL for data querying and cleansing
• Experience in optimizing healthcare organization performance, preferably in Primary Care
• Proficiency in financial statement analysis and development of Pro-Forma models
