Senior Pre-Construction Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Pre-Construction Manager in Design, Development, and Construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary estimator and scheduler for complex retail and industrial builds from site selection to contract execution
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to secure resources and drive project delivery to meet deadlines
• Manage vendor procurement, oversee professional service providers, and perform pricing reviews for project scopes

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management, real estate development, architecture/design experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in Ground Up Construction and Mixed Use Facilities
• Advanced degree or certification in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management is preferred
• Experience operating in at least two disciplines in the construction industry
