Senior Pre-Employment Specialist

Job Summary

Serving as a subject matter expert, the full-time Senior Pre-Employment Specialist will manage the candidate onboarding experience and oversee the entire pre-employment process while acting as the primary point of contact for new hires in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance to the Pre-Employment team and manage the onboarding process for new hires
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of new hire paperwork and activities
• Communicate company, department, and position details to candidates prior to their start date

Required qualifications

• Associates degree or certificate in business, human resources, marketing, or a healthcare-related field, or two additional years of relevant experience
• Minimum two years of pre-employment or onboarding experience
• Minimum two years of human resources experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
