Senior Pre-Sales Systems Engineer
Job Summary
To support innovative solutions in the data storage industry, the full-time remote Senior Pre-Sales Systems Engineer will collaborate with the sales team to understand customer challenges, tailor technical solutions, and drive revenue growth through effective presentations and strategic partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of customer business drivers and connect technology solutions to measurable outcomes
- Lead technical presentations and evaluations, showcasing the advantages of the company's solutions to clients
- Collaborate with account managers and partners to create a seamless customer experience and refine sales strategies
Required qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical degree, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in technology, design, and communications, preferably in enterprise storage or cloud solutions
- Proven pre-sales experience with a strong understanding of storage architectures and digital transformation
- Familiarity with modern web architecture and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus
- Experience in authoring responses to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs
