Senior Preconstruction Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Preconstruction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop early-stage cost projections and comprehensive estimates for complex construction projects
• Guide trade partner outreach, bid leveling, and scope alignment to support best value decisions
• Mentor junior preconstruction and project staff on estimating practices and documentation standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Approximately 10 or more years of experience in commercial construction, estimating, or preconstruction leadership
• Strong background in technically complex projects, preferably with mission critical or data center experience
• Experience with subcontractor pricing, scope development, and early procurement planning
• Familiarity with industry standard estimating and document management tools such as Excel and Bluebeam
