Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Premium Auditor.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute multi-state Workers' Compensation audits and manage complex audit disputes
- Oversee the review and reconciliation of audits, ensuring compliance with state regulations
- Develop training sessions and provide support to Premium Audit team members
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in premium auditing with experience in Workers' Compensation and multi-state audits
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or Insurance-related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- Certification with WCIRB, PAAS TAP, or APA strongly preferred
- Advanced knowledge of WC guidelines (NCCI/WCIRB) and industry audit systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
