Senior Premium Auditor

Job Summary

To support high-priority accounts and maintain quality oversight, the full-time Senior Premium Audit Reviewer will execute complex audit reviews, mentor new auditors, and analyze performance trends while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform audit reviews and secondary reviews for paid accounts, focusing on advanced quality assurance
• Monitor audit queues, assist in resolving bottlenecks, and track carrier return data to recommend process improvements
• Provide mentorship during onboarding and conduct reviews of test audits within designated programs

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in reviewing audits or a combination of reviewing and premium auditing
• WCIRB CompEssentials certification preferred
• Experience with Nexus or other audit management platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
