Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Premium Auditor.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute multi-state Workers' Compensation audits and manage complex audit disputes
- Oversee audit review and reconciliation, ensuring compliance with state regulations
- Develop training sessions and identify process improvements for the audit team
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in premium auditing, particularly in Workers' Compensation and multi-state audits
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred
- Certification with WCIRB, PAAS TAP, or APA strongly preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Workers' Compensation guidelines and industry audit systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
