Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Presales Engineer (Enterprise & Strategic) to serve as a key technical advisor for prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with account executives to provide product expertise and solution guidance throughout the sales cycle
  • Conduct technical discovery sessions and design tailored product demonstrations that address client needs
  • Develop solution architectures and support RFP/RFI responses, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in a presales, sales engineering, or technical consulting role within SaaS, fintech, or nonprofit technology sectors
  • Strong technical background with experience in APIs, webhooks, and cloud-based platforms
  • Experience working with Enterprise customers with large ARR
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (GDPR, PCI DSS) and data security best practices
